Incoming freshmen Kedar Hunter (Jamaica, N.Y.), James Barry (Staten Island, N.Y.), Victor Ochi (Valley Stream, N.Y.), Karim Mohamed (Lawrence, N.Y.) and Dimitry Russ (Deer Park, N.Y.) have been selected to play in the 16th Annual Empire Challenge High School Football All-Star Game at Hofstra University.
The game, which will be played tomorrow at 7:30 p.m., pits New York City against Long Island. Hunter and Barry will suit up for NYC, while Ochi, Mohamed and Russ will play for Long Island.
Rising junior Miguel Maysonet (Riverhead, N.Y.) was named MVP of the 2009 game after rushing for 117 yards and two touchdowns.
MSGVarsity (channel 14) will broadcast the game live in high definition.
